Sara Diab, Clinical Director & Speech-Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist (M.Sc., Reg. CASLPO)

As a passionate and dedicated speech-language pathologist, I am driven by a deep desire to help children express themselves, develop their communication skills, and ultimately build meaningful connections with the world around them. I have experience working with children with a wide range of needs, including language delays, articulation and phonology difficulties, challenges with receptive/expressive language, and social communication needs in both private and public sectors.

My approach to therapy is evidence-based and child-led, ensuring that every session is tailored to the unique needs of each child. I take a holistic approach that incorporates family input to create meaningful, individualized goals while integrating research-backed strategies. I strive to create a positive, supportive environment where children feel heard, encouraged, and motivated. I believe that regulation and engagement are the keys to connection which is why they are at the core of every session, ensuring that your child is able to progress towards their goals in a supportive environment. I value the trust families place in me and aim to be approachable, supportive, and responsive to the needs of both children and their families.

I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from McMaster University and my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from McMaster University. I am committed to continuous learning to stay updated on the latest practices in the field.
